*Please note that a one-time administrative fee of $100.00 is applied to new members applying for annual membership for the first time. Annual membership dues are $400.00 after the first year.

A sponsorship form must be submitted to nominate new members into the organization. The Board of Directors reviews all nominations at board meetings every other month. After board meetings, newly nominated members will be invited to activate their membership using the form above.
