In November 2025, K. Paige Engle was appointed Interim CEO of Professional Dimensions, Milwaukee’s leading women’s professional organization dedicated to uniting women leaders in the relentless pursuit of better.

A bilingual strategist, communications professional, and fractional executive specializing in operations, Paige brings a unique blend of creativity, systems thinking, and heart-centered leadership to her work. Her career spans over two decades in entrepreneurship, communications, and organizational strategy — including serving as Director of Operations and Member Engagement for Professional Dimensions and holding prior leadership roles in marketing and communications.

As a Fractional Director of Operations, Paige has supported growing organizations in clarifying strategy, optimizing systems, and aligning teams to achieve sustainable results. Her background in marketing and communications has equally shaped her belief that how we share our message is as important as what we build.

Paige’s leadership at Professional Dimensions is grounded in her deep commitment to creating spaces where women are seen, supported, and celebrated for the full dimension of their contributions. She believes that when women are connected through shared purpose and possibility, they not only transform their own paths but elevate entire communities.

As Interim CEO, Paige is focused on strengthening the organization’s foundation, deepening member engagement, and continuing the mission of inclusion, innovation, and impact that has defined Professional Dimensions for nearly five decades.
