PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Built on human connection—and understanding that we are better together—we know we must never stop working to unite in the pursuit of better. For our September monthly program, we are centering MemberConnect—our mentorship and relationship-building process—by creating space for members to get to know one another, share personal and professional goals for the year ahead, and begin building a strong foundation for deeper connection.
This signature gathering honors the women who have shaped—and are shaping—Professional Dimensions. Through storytelling, spotlights, and structured connection, we’ll celebrate the legacy and power within our membership body while formally launching MemberConnect for the 2025–26 Program Year.
The evening will feature:
-Mentorship in Action: A mentor/mentee pair sharing lessons and insights from their journey together.
-Speed Mentoring: Guided conversations where mentors and mentees rotate in short, impactful exchanges, exploring how mentorship and sponsorship can take shape in the year ahead.
-Collective Reflection: Closing thoughts that ground us in the importance of prioritizing people, relationships, and connection as core to our mission.
PRE-WORK: All members are encouraged to complete the MemberConnect Survey before the program. Even if you can’t attend, please complete the survey. All members will receive suggested pairings and guiding questions—with the goal of completing at least one MemberConnect activity before the new calendar year (Q4).
Whether you are brand new to PD or a longtime member, this program is an invitation to deepen your roots and rise in community. Together, we’ll lay the groundwork for a year of intentional mentorship, sponsorship, and meaningful connection.
