Determining the PD Education Agenda
The educational landscape of Milwaukee is complex and inequitable - and we're all responsible for the success of our students. Our membership meeting will feature members and partners who will discuss the state of education from various perspectives, allowing us to reflect on our (PD) lever to pull towards achieving "better".

Networking
- Reflect on opening question: What is the biggest challenge with education today?
Participants will be asked to form an opinion with the knowledge they have currently

- Overview of the evening, Progressive Dinner format, housekeeping and acknowledgement of guests

Salad Course: Systems-thinking Warm-Up
- Warm-up/ Ice Breaker to get minds ready for effective learning and discussion

Main Course: State of Education
- Educators from our Systems Impact Fellowship will share their reflections on the state of education and why. Data from a variety of sources will also be made available to guide understanding.
Participants will be provided with a discussion prompt to process what was shared
6:15PM
Dessert Course: What does better look like?
- Participants will be encouraged to collectively land on 1-2 actions or questions that will lead to the improvement of our education ecosystem. Folks are encouraged to build these ideas collectively, rooted in their individual and collective loci of control.
