Our presenter, Michael Grubich, brings over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles within Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Development and Organizational Development in amazing organizations like Jockey International, Kohler Co, CNH Industrial and Aurora Health Care. In his current role as a Managing Partner at LAK Global, he has transformed those years of experiences into coaching and consultation expertise into helping leaders and organizations think strategically in order to move their businesses forward through an integrated approach of aligning talent, culture and business objectives.
