Join us as we explore the evolution of Professional Dimensions leadership, taking stock of how the investments and business of early PD laid the foundation for current day. Past presidents will share authentic reflections about real issues impacting the mission during their tenure and offer insights, as well as actionable advice, on how we mold the future of Professional Dimensions.

This program is recommended for women who are looking to expand their leadership within respective professional careers and/or within Professional Dimensions.

2- What influenced your decision to lead within the organization? / Why did you decide to lead as?
3- Why is it important for PD to exist?/ What's the ROI?
4- What were memorable experiences during those early years?

12:15PM Table Discussion #1

1- What was surprising about what was shared?
2- What is different about Professional Dimensions today, and what is the same?
3- PD was founded in part because of the barriers that professional women faced.  More than 40 years later, what barriers remain?
4- How does ageism within PD, and in society at large, impact our mission? (Mission: To unite women in the relentless pursuit of better)

1- What does “better” look like for the future of Professional Dimensions?

2- How do we better connect members across generations?
